王朝文,男,博士,博士后,副教授,硕士生导师,国际粘土矿物协会会员、岩石矿物地球化学学会矿物物理矿物结构专委会会员。主持国家自然科学面上项目1项、青年基金项目1项,湖北省自然科学基金项目1项,国家博士后基金1项和中央高校基金项目1项,参与国家重点研发项目,国家自然科学基金项目,国际合作研究等项目10余项。发表国内外研究论文90余篇。目前主要研究方向为矿物表生作用和成因环境标识(包括图章石、单晶宝石和南红玛瑙等)、粘土矿物学及新生代古气候环境演化。
